These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Cucuflix ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Cucuflix website at cucuflix.cam and all associated services, including online casino games, sports betting, live casino, and related features (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Cucuflix operates under international online gaming regulations and is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and responsible gaming environment for all eligible players.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means a registered player account created on the Cucuflix Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to a Player's Account that are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by Cucuflix to comply with anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Platform" means the Cucuflix website, its mobile-optimised browser interface, and all associated gaming services.
• "Personal Data" means any information that directly or indirectly identifies you as an individual, as further defined in our Privacy Policy.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on Cucuflix, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction where accessing or using the Platform is unlawful.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of Cucuflix, nor a close family member of any such person, unless express written permission has been granted.
• You are not registered with any self-exclusion programme that covers the Cucuflix Platform.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by Cucuflix for breach of these Terms.

Cucuflix reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility (including age and identity verification) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and valid Malaysian mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly should any detail change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify Cucuflix immediately via live chat if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

All Account activity conducted using your login credentials — whether authorised by you or not — shall be deemed to be your responsibility. Cucuflix accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

All Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cucuflix supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency transfers via BTC and USDT.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines vary by payment method, as follows:

• eWallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically processed within 5 minutes of approval.
• DuitNow / FPX: Typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval.
• Direct Bank Transfer: Typically processed within 15–60 minutes of approval.

Withdrawal processing times are estimates only and are subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification and wagering requirements. Cucuflix does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Cucuflix does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Cucuflix may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and other promotional credits ("Bonuses") to registered Players. The availability, amount, and terms of any Bonus are subject to change without prior notice.

All Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated for each promotion. Expired Bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Only one Bonus may be active per Account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Cucuflix reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any Bonus — and associated winnings — if it reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, or exploitation of a promotional offer.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the Platform.

The Company's interpretation of bonus terms and its determination as to whether a Player has violated any bonus condition shall be final and binding. Players who believe a bonus has been incorrectly applied or withdrawn may contact our support team for review.

Cucuflix offers a range of gaming products including online slots, live casino table games, sports betting markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UFC, and other major events), lottery, arcade games, and poker. All games and betting markets are provided by third-party software providers and data feed suppliers under formal licensing agreements.

Slot and table games on the Platform utilise independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate to the time of publication and may be updated when game providers release software revisions.

Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time up to the commencement of the relevant event. Bets accepted prior to an odds change will be honoured at the odds displayed at the time the bet was placed, unless the odds were published in error ("palpable error"), in which case Cucuflix reserves the right to void the affected bet.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game disruption, or data feed failure that affects the integrity of a game round or betting event, Cucuflix reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. The Company's decision in such matters is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Cucuflix Platform:

1. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
2. Creating or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting), including via proxies, VPNs, or third parties.
3. Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform.
4. Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match fixing, sports manipulation, or any related corrupt practice.
5. Engaging in collusion with other Players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in poker or other competitive games.
6. Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or system errors to gain an undue financial advantage. Such exploitation must be reported to support immediately upon discovery.
7. Laundering money or using the Platform to process the proceeds of criminal activity.
8. Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other obfuscation technology.
9. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward Cucuflix staff or other Players via any communication channel.
10. Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access your Account or use your credentials.

All content on the Cucuflix Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, software, game interfaces, text, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of Cucuflix or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Cucuflix intellectual property — including scraping, mirroring, or reproducing Platform content — will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cucuflix and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are claimed (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise), even if Cucuflix has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, Cucuflix expressly excludes liability for:

• Financial losses sustained as a result of gambling activity on the Platform.
• Interruptions, errors, or delays in Platform availability resulting from factors outside our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or third-party service outages.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any reliance on information published on the Platform, including game RTP figures, bonus descriptions, or promotional terms that have been superseded.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Cucuflix is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of self-management tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options.

Players who wish to activate any responsible gambling tool may do so by contacting our support team via live chat. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and will prevent access to the Platform for the requested duration.

Cucuflix cooperates with recognised responsible gambling organisations and supports player referrals to appropriate support services. The Platform is strictly for persons aged 21 and above. If you believe a minor has accessed the Platform, please contact our support team immediately.

Cucuflix reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or verification requirements.
• Court order or instruction from a relevant regulatory authority.
• Access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Upon termination for breach, Cucuflix reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the Account, including both real money and Bonus Funds. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request and no breach exists, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned via the Player's last used payment method.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Responsible gambling-related closure requests (including self-exclusion) will be honoured in accordance with our Responsible Gambling Policy.

Cucuflix reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, Cucuflix will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Cucuflix accepts no liability for any failure on your part to review amended Terms in a timely manner.

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the applicable international gaming laws under which Cucuflix holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

The Company's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or provision unless formally acknowledged in writing by an authorised representative of Cucuflix.
